New Jersey Right to Life State PAC endorses Dawn Fantasia & Mike Inganamort for Assembly
The conservative duo in LD-24 welcome support of the State’s largest pro-life organization
\Today, pro-life Assembly Members Dawn Fantasia and Mike Inganamort announced their endorsement by the New Jersey Right to Life State PAC for their candidacies in the 24th District.
In the Assembly, Fantasia and Inganamort have been unwavering advocates for those without a voice, standing firmly against mandated taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood and abortion procedures. They introduced the "Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act," also known as the 20/20 bill, which reflects scientific evidence by banning abortions 20 weeks or more after fertilization—when the unborn child can feel pain. They also champion crucial measures such as requiring parental notification for minors undergoing medical procedures and prohibiting the use of fetal tissue from elective abortions in research.
“It is unconscionable that Governor Murphy and the Democrat-controlled legislature have codified laws allowing unlicensed individuals to perform abortion procedures on minors, without parental notification,” Fantasia stated. “Even worse, New Jersey law does not criminalize harm to - or the death of - an unborn child during the commission of a crime against a pregnant woman. This dangerous and indefensible stance not only jeopardizes women, but also denies basic recognition of the unborn, telling a pregnant woman that her child’s life is not worthy of protection or justice. The Left’s fear of personhood has led to a tragic erosion of protections for women and children alike.”
Fantasia and Inganamort have also stood up for pregnancy resource centers against politically motivated attacks. They introduced a resolution commending the invaluable services these centers provide while condemning harassment and intimidation from the state’s Attorney General, who worked hand-in-hand with Planned Parenthood in an attempt to dismantle the critical, lifesaving volunteer work of these organizations.
“As an advocate for restoring humanity in the face of New Jersey’s extreme abortion laws, I deeply appreciate this endorsement,” said Fantasia. “Mike and I look forward to continuing our work with pro-life leaders and activists.”
As a student at American University in Washington, D.C., Inganamort helped found the university’s pro-life student organization—“AU Students for Life”—and organized diaper drives for one of Washington’s crisis pregnancy centers. While serving as an aide to pro-life Congressman Scott Garrett, he participated in the annual March for Life in Washington.
“The Murphy agenda, which allows for abortions up to the moment of birth, is extreme and ignores the established medical consensus on fetal pain and viability,” said Inganamort, the father of three young children. “Stopping taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood, enacting the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and reestablishing parents’ vital role with respect to their children’s medical decisions would bring New Jersey back into the mainstream and are top priorities for Dawn and me.”
Marie Tasy, Executive Director of New Jersey Right to Life PAC, said it was an easy decision to endorse Fantasia and Inganamort.
“Dawn and Mike are pro-life leaders in the New Jersey Legislature,” said Tasy. “Working with them and their staff, I know their commitment to the fight for the protection of the unborn against Murphy and his liberal cohorts in the legislature.”
“Pro-life voters in Sussex, Morris, and Warren Counties should be proud to join me in support of Dawn and Mike and vote for them in 2025,” Tasy concluded.
